Commission-only income builds slowly. The first few months are quiet for almost everyone, and we would rather highlight that now than have you expect fast returns, but you're ability to build your pipeline is unlimited. There is no downline and no income from recruiting anyone (we're a professional agency, not an MLM) — you earn on your own sales or on company provided introductions, and you have the opportunity to build your business as quickly or as passively as you like. People who are warm with others, organised, and self-motivated enough to work without anyone standing over them. Travel experience helps a great deal but is not essential. What is essential is that you enjoy looking after people and can be trusted with someone’s holiday.
