Privacy notice

What we collect

The information needed to arrange and service travel: your name and contact details; the names, dates of birth and passport details of the people travelling; payment information; any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to tell us; and a record of your bookings and of what we have discussed.

Why we collect it

To arrange the travel you have asked for and to perform our contract with you; to meet legal obligations including those relating to tax, financial records and the prevention of financial crime; and, where you have agreed to it, to send you occasional information about our services. You can withdraw that agreement at any time and it will not affect the service you receive.

Who we share it with

Airlines, hotels, transfer companies, tour operators and other suppliers, to the extent needed to deliver the travel booked. Our trade association and payment provider, for financial protection and payment processing. Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is held

In our own systems, hosted in the United Kingdom, with sensitive information encrypted and access recorded. Where a supplier is outside the United Kingdom — a hotel abroad, for instance — delivering your travel necessarily involves sending them what they need.

How long we keep it

Six years from the end of the financial year in which you last travelled with us, which is what tax, insurance and our regulatory obligations require. After that it is deleted.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion where we have no continuing obligation to keep it, restriction of how we use it, or transfer of it to someone else. Write to us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses no third-party analytics. If we add anything that does, this notice will say so before we do it.
