A named relationship manager
One person who knows your business, your travellers, your preferences and your policy. Not a queue.

For businesses
No management fee. No subscription. No booking fees. A named relationship manager who knows your travellers, and a monthly report that tells you something you did not already know.
What you get
One person who knows your business, your travellers, your preferences and your policy. Not a queue.
Anyone you authorise raises travel requests and follows them through to booking. Company trips and spend in one place.
Route requests to an internal approver above a value you set, or not at all. We act only on what you release.
Spend, travellers, destinations, cost centres and booking lead time — with what we think you should do about it.
We know which of your people are travelling, where and when, and can tell you within minutes when something goes wrong.
Trade and consortium rates, and negotiated hotel arrangements where your travel pattern justifies them.
The commercials
Fennmore is paid commission by the suppliers we book with. That is how the travel trade has always worked, and it means our service costs you nothing. Where a supplier pays no commission and a fee is needed to cover the work, we tell you the amount before we incur it — never after. The agreement is not exclusive and either of us can end it on thirty days’ notice.
Getting started
Half an hour on where you travel, how often, who books it and what currently goes wrong.
Our corporate services agreement, sent for your review. It is short, it is not exclusive, and either of us can end it on thirty days' notice.
We set up your organisation, add the people you nominate, and configure approval and cost centres to match how you already work.
Your relationship manager handles it end to end. Your first management report follows at the start of the next month.
Where you travel, how often, who books it and what currently goes wrong. If we are not the right fit we will tell you.
